“During COVID I got mired in the many volumes of genealogy from
my mom's side of the family. It was ..... enlightening, sometimes
dull, but I actually found something I could contribute! There was a
letter from about 1865–1870 from the parents of a little boy
[Jimmie Davis] who died [in 1865]. He had loved the song ‘I
want to be an Angel’ ...”
