Randy Webber conducted a session for the sick and shut-ins, sharing his comments having been involved in sports, specifically boxing. He likened boxing to being one dimension of life, and how we will all eventually lose. Erin Fulton led 279 (SH), The Shepherd's Flock, for shut-ins Jesse Vear of Maine and Denise Kania of Minnesota. Ray Rechenberg led 285t (SH), Arnold, for Brenda Rechenberg. Randy Webber led 105 (SH), Jewett, for A. Robert Pemberton (by request of Amy Pemberton).

Memorial lessons were individually led by those close to the deceased. Philip Denney, a Georgian, had worked for the Sacred Harp Publishing Company and died from cancer. Erin Fulton led 120 (SH), Chambers, for Phillip.
George Liddle, Susan Liddle's father, was a Californian who died from cancer at the age of 95. Susan Liddle led 45t (SH), New Britain, for George.
Lydia Lewallen, a North Carolinian, had been a Sacred Harp singer who attended many singings where she was well-known and well-liked. She was particularly fond of 198 (SH), Green Street, which Tim Morton led for her.
Hubert Nall, an Alabamian, had done a lot of the behind-the-scenes logistical work for the National Sacred Harp Convention and died in February at the age of 92. Randy Webber led 322 (SoH), Samanthra, for Hubert.
