Minutes of the annual Easter afternoon (April 1, 2018) potluck and singing at Meg Mabbs and Bill Gooch's home in Knoxville. We had 13 singers, with all parts about equally represented, the usual number of singers at this singing.

Note:We sang 63t Naomi, confused by its barring in the opening measures, quite similar to the 1873 Christian Harmony setting (85b), though the barring is standardized in the 2010 Christian Harmony (427). NHoC's Naomi is new in the 1867 NHoC, not in the 1848 Harp of Columbia. Jesse Aikin's original publication in the 1847 Christian Minstrel closely resembles NHoC. Naomi is not in the Sacred Harp. The arrangement is by Lowell Mason. Mary Baumeister led Naomi at Headrick Chapel in 2013.
