Reports were taken from committees. The Resolutions Committee, Sadhbh O'Flynn and Thom Fahrbach, named Liora O'Donnell Goldensher, Carol Huang, and Nancy Mandel as Vice Chairs, Jasmine Mendoza as the Food Chair, Leah Weston as Treasurer, Elsa Phemayotin as Arranger, and Abigail Beshkin as Secretary. Treasurer Leah Weston reported that expenses had been met. Abigail Beshkin gave the secretary's report, stating that 70 songs had been called and that people had attended from 12 states, as well as two Canadian provinces. The Resolutions Committee thanked everyone who had helped make the singing possible and resolved to meet the Saturday before the third Sunday in May 2025.
