The morning session of the 130th annual Big Singing using The Southern Harmony, 1854 facsimile, 1987 UofK reprint, compiled by William Walker, was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Gene Gilliland. Jeff Adcock offered the morning prayer. Gene Gilliland led 103, Holy Manna.

The afternoon session was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Gene Gilliland. Welcoming remarks were made by Sheriff Kevin Byars. Gene Gilliland made a few remarks about the background of the singing, and about singing shape notes. He concluded by leading 103, Holy Manna.
