These “minutes” were reconstructed by Jeremiah Ledbetter by listening to a recording. Not all voices were recognized.

Jeremiah notes: “They were just going around the room, names weren't called, I'm just going off voices and a few name mentions. I am not familiar with most of the women to tell their voices apart and numbers get repeated by everyone making it hard to tell who is leading. The book was new so a lot of the songs start with a discussion trying to find a song making it further unclear who was leading. Some of the blanks would be Helen/Rose/Judy going again. There was one male voice I didn't know.”

The recording started in the middle of `Dalton'; it might not have been the first song.
