Singing at Wilderness Wildlife Week

Convention Center, Music Road Inn
Pigeon Forge, Sevier County, Tennessee

Sunday, January 13, 2013

All selections from New Harp of Columbia, Restored Edition, 2001.

Singing Sunday, January 13th, 2013 as part of the Wilderness Wildlife Week, in the Dobro and Harp Rooms at the Convention Center of the Music Road Inn in Pigeon Forge, Sevier Co. TN. We had 38 singers, well balanced among the parts, and quite a large audience, most of whom stayed from 1400h to 1530h, unlike last year. The singing square was arranged squarely (unlike last year's diagonal arrangement), with the large treble section on the side opposite the doors, with the basses to their left, and trebles to their right, and altos across from them. The arrangement was acoustically successful. David Sarten was the moderator, and did the introduction.
