Announcements were made, and the class moved into a business session for reports. The Finance committee reported $440 collected, with a portion of the funds donated to the church for the use of the facilities, thanking the church once again. The Locating committee announced that the church has asked for the convention to be held at Union again in 2013. All reports were accepted and the business session was closed.
