Unfortunately, a member of the class was suddenly taken ill, and the EMTs were called; thankfully, the afflicted person did in due course recover, but the singing had an irregular ending.
We had about forty singers, and about twenty-five listeners. The weather was bright, but not too terribly hot, given the desperate drought this summer.
