Walnut Salad

Toast walnuts
Red grapes sliced in half
Spinach
Wild rice - prepare without seasoning packet
Crazy Janes garlic salt - just shake some over salad

Dressing:
White balsamic vinegar - 4Tbsp
Sugar - 4 Tbsp
disolve sugar in vinegar over low heat- you can just mix- but it tends to want to separate if you don't disolve with heat
1/2 cup of canola oil (or whatever oil you choose- olive oil or walnut oil is fine)
Snipped parsley
Salt- (sea salt works well)
Black pepper
Red pepper to taste
