We sang the extremely challenging 219, Farewell Anthem, for the first time at Headrick Chapel as far as anyone remembers, with Ann Strange as overall leader, and Jeff Farr, Eddie Mash, Tina Becker, and Nathan Rees each leading one of the four parts.

Jeff Farr bought a very rare book, the 1866 reprinting of the 1848 original Harp of Columbia, from a dealer at ABEBooks. M.L. Swan has a note on the back of the book, noting that he has resumed its publication after the war. By then he had moved to Alabama, where he would die a few years later. The damaged printing plates (such as 68 Paradise and and 122 "Ummer") used to print later printings were still undamaged at the time these pages were printed.

Minutes by Bob Richmond.
