37th Annual Mountain Heritage Day Singing

The morning session was sung from The Sacred Harp (1991 revision).

Mike Nichols welcomed the singers to Mountain Heritage Day. Dr. James Dooley greeted everyone and spoke briefly about the origin of the Mountain Heritage Day singing.
Judy Mincey gave a short introduction to Sacred Harp and opened the singing with

Dr. Dooley gave the opening prayer. Judy Mincey called for a business meeting and she was re-elected chair of the Sacred Harp session.
