Opening prayer - Michael Spencer
Mrs Lane opened a business meeting, said she understood that Larry Beveridge had stated publicly he no longer wished to be president, and asked if there were nominations to the office. She herself was nominated by acclamation, and elected unanimously. Jane Spencer was nominated Vice-President, and also elected unanimously. Dan Huger volunteered to serve as Secretary, and was also elected. John Plunkett was named as Arranging committee. The Business meeting was closed.
